Remembering Those Old School Days
Some days in life never really become old. Years pass, we grow up, and life gets busier, but whenever we think about those school days of our childhood, it somehow feels like it all happened just yesterday. Every morning, we would wake up to our mother's voice. “Wake up! You're getting late for school!” With sleepy eyes, getting out of bed felt like the first battle of the day. Somehow, we would wash our face, put on our school uniform, comb our hair, put on our shoes, and get ready with our school bag. Sometimes we couldn't find a notebook. Sometimes we forgot to tie our shoelaces properly. And at the very last moment, Mom would put the lunch box inside our school bag. ( Then began the journey to school.)
